Refund requests
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are not normally offered for change of mind after a product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
If a file is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed, contact us with your Gumroad receipt and a description of the issue. We will first try to resolve the problem and, where appropriate or legally required, arrange a replacement or refund.
All payments and refunds are processed through Gumroad. Gumroad may also issue a refund in circumstances described in Gumroad’s refund policy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
How to request help
Reply directly to your Gumroad receipt email (Gumroad routes the reply to the creator’s support address) or use our contact form. Include the email address used for the purchase, the product name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the problem. Do not include card or bank details. If you cannot find the receipt, follow Gumroad’s receipt-recovery instructions.
