Digital delivery only
Marvelous Decay currently sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, so there are no shipping fees, delivery territories, customs charges, or physical tracking numbers.
Purchases are completed on Gumroad. After payment is confirmed, Gumroad provides access to the files on the order-confirmation page and sends a receipt with a download link to the email address used at checkout.
Delivery problems
If the receipt does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you used the correct email address at checkout. Then follow Gumroad’s receipt-recovery instructions or contact Gumroad support through the Help Center.
If the link works but a product file is missing, damaged, or incorrect, use our contact form and include the product name and purchase email address. Do not include card or bank details.
